Title: Gyp for sale Post by: boarcutter14 on January 14, 2013, 11:37:03 am Gyp is a close range dog about 1 1/2 year old. She loves kids and has no dog aggression But she hates hogs. I have only had here about 6 months. She has found me about 10-15 hogs by herself. She bays tight and will sink her teeth into a hog when she gets the chance. She doesn't range out far enough for me and my other dogs. I'll have a bay 600 yards out and she will only be 75 yards from the truck and that doesnt work for me. She will honor a bay if its close but if its to far she usually doesn't go until you get her about 150 yards out from the bay. She is a great bay dog and will catch by herself if the hog is under 100 #. I have not taken her to a bay pen tournement yet but think she would be a great bay pen dog as well.
