Title: Cut vest?? Post by: clint on February 02, 2013, 07:57:30 am Looking to buy a new vest. Mine is about 8 years old and has been repaired about 10 times. It's just about wore out. Just wondering what y'all think the absolute best vest on the market is? Thinkin about the impact gel vest. But want to hear some opinions first. Thanks

The last boar hog we caught Thursday cut through it like butter and my bulldog is in bad shape. Just wanted to see how the other vest are performing now days.

Title: Re: Cut vest?? Post by: cantexduck on February 02, 2013, 08:59:52 pm Ugly dog. Gonna cost just south of 300 but worth every penny. Four layer Titan.
Title: Re: Cut vest?? Post by: justincorbell on February 02, 2013, 10:15:23 pm Ugly dog. Gonna cost just south of 300 but worth every penny. Four layer Titan. Agree 100%, anything uglydog/wildboarusa is grade A Title: Re: Cut vest?? Post by: jsh on February 03, 2013, 04:24:40 am I'm still running two Devastators. Reinforced the chest and gut areas with 4" sling strap. The blue straps and buckles have been replaced, but other than that I can't complain.
Buddies are running the P&P but they seem heavy. Not saying it's a bad thing - just an observation. Probably will try a Titan this year. Title: Re: Cut vest?? Post by: Bawl Mouth on February 03, 2013, 07:13:43 pm Been running a guardian kevlar since early 2012 and love it. Dogs seem to be able to move well in it, and has taken some pretty damn good shots without pass throughs so far. Have a P&P but rubbed some of my dogs bad, and doesnt cover as much as I like. Also have a couple uglydog vests, and like them second to the guardian.
Ps, love love love the chin guard on the guardian. Cant imagine a catch vest without one now Title: Re: Cut vest?? Post by: curdogs3006 on February 03, 2013, 08:03:28 pm (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/02/04/tedyze9u.jpg)
