I made the decision this morning and called and cancelled with the filming of the bayn on the 23rd and any other day, i would like to answer a few things i thought might need answered i was not going to do this to get rich or promote my pen anyone who knows anything about a pen knows that will never happen your payouts about take everything, the humane society post that was made with the article i have read several times and it steams me everytime i read it because that is not how bays r conducted nor how hogs r treated i made the decision based on every legitimate reason and the thought that people on ethd put into there answers i didnt feel it was my decision to make my self as it could possibly affect others that love the same thing i do, thanks everybody that posted ur opinion, i value everyones opinion and will continue to do so it hasnt failed me yet

Regardless of the opinion of others the decission was urs to make. I believe u have made the one that is best for hog hunting in general. Now lets hope the next guy they aproach feels the same way cause u know they will try again with another pen.

i only want the best for this sport and the people and animals involved in it, and im sure you guys r right they will try again with someone else, my major reason for even considering this offer was because i am COMPLETLEY against animal cruelty, and that is what people think we r they dont count the countless hours it takes with a dog to be trained to do what they do for us the thousands in vet bills and supplies, tens of thousands in training facilities they only see what they want and what theyve seen so far is a back yard mud hole,they dont see the love, honor, loyalty and respect it bonds with man and dog but neither here nor there it is not the right time and i am always glad i have friends i dont even know to help when something arises i cant answer my self.  Thanks guys, i feel really good about the ways this came out

Look at all the new shows with Hoggers in them, They made them all look like Jack Asses. You would have been next. It sucks , but thats the way it is. The big majority of people that watch these shows have never been hunting or fising or out of the city for that matter. They think our dogs are mean to the poor little piggy. Im glad you made this decision.

I think u made a great decision, but what concerns me is that these folks will just go down the road and stop at the next individual who has bayings. You had the intelligence to come here and ask for opinions and then read and took people's advice. The next person may not do this and jump on the tv bandwagon and possibly not worry about what they are getting into or what they are portraying.  I assume most folks who conduct bayings know the consequences of what can happen if these folks start filming and putting it on tv...I hope!
