A 4' x 6' kennel would be equivalent to having a dog on a chain just longer than 2'. x2 I laid out post for mine and put them at 4x10. I put a dog house in the squared off area, then put a dog in. The space seemed to have shrunk in half. I went to 6x10 and that 2' makes a world of difference... atlest by looks. Got posts set, waiting on dry weather for concrete. I wish someone would have recommended to me that I make them larger.
