Its an IV infusion, seen it work multiple times on several different breeds of varying ages. 7 out of 8 german sheperd puppies survived after being OD'd on horse wormer, had a pit pup the owner was trying to treat for demodectic mange pull through, same with a great dane. Most vets dont carry it due to not using it much, but it does work wonders. Safeguard is the same as panacur
Title: Re: Safe guarding dogs Post by: halfbreed on April 02, 2013, 03:15:12 pm I remember when I buddy of mine was loading up bisquits to ivomect his dogs [ easy method ] and he turned around to set a bisquit down and one of his dogs that was running loose had eat enough to worm a cow and the only thing it did to the dogs was worm the heck out of it . no ill effects whatsoever . most all the wormers have been tested on dogs that were way overdosed to check for side effects . as a rule wormers are very forgiving .
