They have 3 layers of correctional Kevlar which was designed for use in correctional institutions for protection against stabbing devices such as shivs. I have seen a collar and liked the look of it. Buddy of mine has it and a vest. I haven't seen the vest yet but he is smitten with it. The idea is sound and I'm interested in checking it out further.
