Title: how do you keep your dogs when you dont have shade ? Post by: mutt hunter on July 20, 2009, 11:14:20 pm ive been thinking about putting my dogs on chains but i dont have any shade for them. post up some pics of how youre set up.

Post by: Russ on July 26, 2009, 06:31:22 pm I did what clay posted, I had a aluminum band stand and I put two 55gal barrels on it and they're dug a fox hole Charlie would be proud of under it to escape the heat!! I clean out they're wading trough once a week, I just splash it under there to give it some moisture and they're good to go
Title: Re: how do you keep your dogs when you dont have shade ? Post by: rawhide on February 08, 2012, 09:34:28 pm I build 3 5ft x6ft three sided sheds 5st tall .placed the barrel inside as well as water bucket and food bowl inside.Makes for good shade and can be build on runners to be portable.
