Not to get in your biz but Charles brought up a good point.....unless your feeding pups or attempting to recoope an under fed dog........shouldn't be any feed left in the bowl for ants to eat after feeding. If u had some of it or just the straight chemical I would suggest putting it out around storage bin. Only other idea is airtight containers. Once they figure out they can't get in they will look elsewhere.

I also sprinkle 7 dust around my feed bowls and regularly spray the outside of the pens with bug killer. Title: Re: Ants in dog food Post by: dub on June 21, 2013, 10:43:10 pm If all else fails just get a bigger tub that is shallow. Put you food tup in the bigger one and out some water in it. You can out the food tub on cinder blocks in the bigger tub so it don't float. Ants don't swim.
I use termidor on any ant hill that pops up and I don't have ants. |
