There's gotta be more out there... It seems that the merle dogs are far more common, but I've always been fond of the solids. I've heard that people for some reason tend to pick the merle over the solids when choosing pups per se' based off of looks. I'm wondering why....as I don't think one works better than the other? Unless it's just a preference of look kinda deal? Title: Re: Non-Spotted Catahoulas! Post by: Mike on July 03, 2013, 05:41:39 pm Ol Tweety...

I took a cell shot but it's NOT flattering. I'm fixin to grab our good camera right now and run out there and get the best shots I can. She moves ALOT, lol. Sure do like her though. She got a real good disposition and build. She also bayed the hair off a hog the very first time she was ever introduced to one, very natural. I'm just leavin her be letting her sit up for a while and adjust to me and her surroundings, then I'm astart playing with her here a bit. She's fixin to be 7mths old. I'ma go take them pics right quick! Title: Re: Non-Spotted Catahoulas! Post by: MrsLouisianaHogDog on July 04, 2013, 11:41:39 am Introducing "Earlean" :D Super excited about this one. These are not my dogs they are one of my girl friends brothers dogs and they are the real deal. Zeus is the solid catahoula and Kia is the leopard female. Two of the prettiest dogs I've seen. Title: Re: Re: Non-Spotted Catahoulas! Post by: AnotherRunner on July 05, 2013, 06:06:20 pm Well Idk if these count as non spotted. Post by: AnotherRunner on July 05, 2013, 11:55:02 pm I know you wasn't I didn't take any offense lol they sure do have a resemblance tho. Its weird how some cats have the long point face and nose then there's the old school ones that have the block head and get big. I love the block head look. My dog sarge has the block head and is built a lot bigger as well as my cousins dogs. The one in the water I posted has the long nose type deal lol

Title: Re: Non-Spotted Catahoulas! Post by: mod93dirt on July 07, 2013, 11:04:06 pm This dog is 3/4 cat, and 1/4 bmc. From a litter of 11, there was 2 yella dogs, this one black and tan, and the rest were spotted dogs. I picked her on looks alone and shes made a halfway decent dog. Ive got a litter of yellas on the ground right now so she is on the cut list, but has done good for me so far.
