Title: 7-31-07 (Lacy first strike)
Post by: jb1681 on August 01, 2009, 03:55:47 pm
My tri color lacy "Tripp" struck this hog after a little rain in san marcos.
This boar hog couldn't resist coming into the feeder after we tested it to see if the batteries were good. We loop around the ranch and dropped Tripp and Cody at the  same feeder and they worked the ground pretty good and off Tripp went. After Tripp opened up I let my help dogs off and they had him bayed in his bed. He was in some nasty cedar thicket. I was super excited to see Tripp taking the lead. I lost my two strike dog a month ago so I had my doubts about my young dogs.
