Title: Saddleback cur dog Post by: cantexduck on August 01, 2009, 05:22:04 pm 3-4y/o. Intact male. Short range. Doesnt get along with males. Has found some hogs for me. Not selling as a strike dog. Will bump a deer, have never seen him run one though. Not real gritty, knows when to back off. Will load in truck. Fast. I have never had him in a pen.
How he hunts- Hunts better during the day. Better if you drop with less dogs. I have cast him and roaded. Works well with a female I have. Will hunt 200-400 yards when droped in sign. Roads close(75-100yds) unless he hits a track. Will honor a bay. asking 325.00 Will make a new hunter a deal on him. mikesavoy@msn.com 512 635 9679 (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v701/mikesavoy/turbo2.jpg) (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v701/mikesavoy/turbo3.jpg) (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v701/mikesavoy/turbohog.jpg) Title: Re: Saddleback cur dog Post by: wesley mcgee on August 02, 2009, 09:28:50 pm where is the dog located i like him he's a damm good looking dog .. he must have some hound in him ?
