Title: Re: Torn muscle!!! Post by: Reuben on August 21, 2013, 08:56:06 pm take him to the vet and have him sow the muscle back together or you will probably have a dog with a bad leg that will not have any control...JMO

Title: Re: Torn muscle!!! Post by: Texashog26 on August 23, 2013, 09:39:54 am Brent picks him up from New baiden today, had to amputate the leg. Muscle was totally torn, along with all tendons, ligaments and just about anything that held his leg to his body with the exception of the bone. We've heard some good feedback on 3 legged dogs, so when he heals up we gonna put back in the woods. Hopefully it didn't scare him to much. He's only 8-9 months old, but he was really showin the signs of turnin out. This experience, I can only assume has been pretty traumatic. Worst comes to it, brents got a 3 legged yard dog w/a good story.
