Contains: - 110 or 220 electric capability with a 30 am breaker. - Tankless water heater - Stove - Large shower with double shower heads - Venthood microwave - Mini fridge - Queen size built in bed - Large single sink - Exhaust fan - Toilet - Toilet shelf - Access from interior to controls for water heater - Laminate floor - 3 windows (makes space seem bigger) - Completely insulated - Plywood walls so will not crack when moved - TV/Computer hook ups built in - Small overhang at entrance - Tan and camouflage curtains - Headboard shelf opens up for storage - Lots of cabinets - Built in table - Pocke door separating bathroom from living spafce - Storage container double door access to all equipment (easy access and out of the way) (completely separated from the interior) - Crown molding This was built by a contracting company so it is professionally built and extremely sturdy. Storage containers are known for being completely sealed and bug/rodent proof.
