One of my buddies has one, It was made out of a little lawn mower trailer. Made a two bay box with enough room for 6 dogs, and a railing on top for a hog or a place to clip another dog. It was really lightweight, made out of conduit.

Here's a good pict. of mine with hog caught back in spring. Its 4 ft wide 6 ft long It pulls easy behind 500 four wheeler. I also pull highway speed behind truck. For long hunting trips I can load 2 wheelers and this trailer in back of my 24 ft cattle trailer. Local school ag class built for me I furnished material, I put in divider to put dogs in front. Only thing I need to change is it needs solid front sheet metal to keep from get mud thrown in front compartment when muddy, it doesn't take much mud to make heavy.

Here's a few pics of mine.  I haul it behind my big trailer and hook it up to the four wheeler once we arrive at a hunting spot.  My "buggy" is the most useful piece of hunting equipment I own.

Thanks Ty.  (By the way, give me a call, I need the full story on what that boar did to Sugar)

Here's my trailer.  I kept weight in mind during my build.  I wanted it strong but light.  I also centered most of the weight over the axles.  This made it easier to move around and not tongue heavy.  My buddy Andy has one thats tongue heavy and its real hard on his 4whlr.  Good luck with your build!  I went over board on posting pics. LOL. Oh well, I like posting pics!

Probably not the best pics but maybe you can get some ideas from it. Its more of a multi purpose trailer but I have 8 eye bolts in the side walls that we snap the dogs to. Very light weight, you can move it around very easily by hand with little to no tongue weight.

A friend of mine has a neat little trailer for the 4-wheeler.  Just a small trailer that is caged in w/ utility pannel so you can put dogs or a hog in it like many of the ones pictured above.

What I like about it is he didnt put springs on it and built a skidd plate under the bottom from the front to the axle then to the back so you can pull it over anything w/o it getting hung up.

LOL.  My thoughts exactly.  If you see me driving down the freeway with one of my dogs in the little trailer........ your exactly right, I don't think very highly of him.....
