What the maximum amount of time after a female breed she can be fixed

The sooner the better but you can do it at any time. The Farther along the bitch is preg your vet will charge more due to inflammation and more blood etc during surgery.

I would let her have them and cull them I have heard bad stories bout gyps never coming back in if u want to breed her in the future

That's the whole point in getting her fixed. She can't ever breed.

you can give them a shot up to 72 hours

She can be spayed/aborted at any point in time.
