Definatly takes a super special shoulder licken short bus rider to hunt somewhere they don't have permission! I'd say give them an option the easy way or hard way.

Or you can do what my buddy did few yrs back. This guy kept trying to hunt my buddy's ranch with out him knowing he found out and this is what he did. Took him to hunt a new spot that wasn't even his spot let him get all his crap out got deep in the woods and left him there he never came around after that

With in limits yea, more authority, but still a po po. A turd painted white is still turd, no matter the color.

wait till your sure they're in the woods and empty a couple clips of 223 rounds at trees..scatter the shots...15-20 yards apart..( don't shoot through the woods of course ) BUT theres not anything wrong with target practice on your land...
the distinct sounds of hearing bullets whip around you normally make a positive impact...especially when your unaware of the location. O0 popo

Long spring steel traps set buried in the dirt around a broken dc 40. Make sure you get the one for bear, not varmints. They'll Learn and if they don't, rock salt out of a shotgun will help reinforce it.

One of the ranches we use to hunt was getting poached so the ranch owner found where they had cut the gate & he hooked hooks through the tail end of moccasins and tied them up around gate. He told us that's what his old man use to do.

We would handle it in a serious way , it would only happen once

JAGER PRO CAMERA sends text to your phone with a picture in seconds
then call the  popo! Catch hogs and trespassers at the same time...
You can have evidence of the offender..

Game Camera's always a great idea. Not gonna stand for someone hunting my places but I don't think I'd ever do anything that would risk jail time or getting kicked off the place. Sometimes karma finds a way for you.

For instance, when I first started out I was 12 years old and the only guy around town hunting back then was just a few years older than me and not at all someone to be trusted. I lived right behind a huge field that we planted corn in and a hwy followed the other side of it. Well one night that guy was coming back from hunting a place and saw a bunch of black dots out in that field and instead of waiting the 5 minutes it would of taken for him to call and me to go down there, he opened the box and turned loose every dog he had. Turned out to be a big group of Javelinas and They WRECKED just about everything he had. Felt real bad for the dogs because they hadn't done anything wrong but really wished at the time those cactus rats would've gotten a hold of him.

I had situation similar to this not too long ago. I talked to the poacher and documented it (I had a feeling he wasn't gonna stop) and the next time I saw him I got the game warden and showed him where I had told him not to be there and the game warden took care of the rest. I don't know exactly how it played out for him but it got my point across.
