Title: Dc 30 question

You turn it on and the red lights just stay on my other two blink I think water got in side the circuit bored because there's a big groove cut out from where a hog cut it how do send them in because I bought the system from some one so can I still send it in and get it fixed and how do I go about sending it in

You are probably right, the circut board is fried. I have had to send in numerous collars due to water damage.
  Call Gramin, they will give you a confirmation order, & address to send in the collars. Turnaround is usually  about 2 weeks.
  Anytime you take a collar apart to either reset it or change the battery, make sure you use silicone or some other rubber gasket material. Other wise that collar will leak for sure. If you hunt a lot around water like I do, it is a real problem.
