Title: Thanks for dinner Texas! Post by: WayOutWest on July 04, 2014, 10:28:03 pm I cooked a pork loin today on the smoker that Jody Reat and T-dog and I caught on my last day of hunting this year. Dang it was good, left about 3/8" of fat on it and it was so moist and tender. I wanted a little meat to take home and we went out and caught 3 nice meat hogs and a nice boar that is at the taxidermist in Brenham. Hope you all had a great 4th of July.
