Its not labeled for approved use in pregnant/nursing/lactating since they didnt do the testing for it. That being said it SHOULD be ok BUT use at ur own risk. Even with me saying it was for my dog his answer was just that: "it should be fine but we didnt test it, sooo......." One of those CYA instances for the drug company. Not many companies will test on said dogs, it costs a LOT to do that additional research
