if it is a tight pedigree and certain dogs show up quite a bit and you know quite a bit about those dogs...and you know most of the other dogs up close as well as their temperaments then you can more or less guess the probabilities as to what the pups will grow up to be... as much information that has been shared on this forum and other places and it is free for the taking...then every hog hunting breed of dogs should be improving with each generation...
