She had about 10ft of gut hanging out when i found her. I put the guts back in and did a field patch on her to get her out of the woods. Got her to the vet the next day and they said it was a good thing i brought her in. The intestines were sticking to the skin because there was no lining there and it would have caused damage and possible infection.

It wont be cheap though. My buddy just had to take in a dog that got gutted to the emergency clinic and it cost him $3k. Dogs might not be worth that much to some guys though. Dog hunts as good as ever and charged 900$. Can't thank that vet enough
