Title: 8-9-14 Hot morning hunt Post by: matthewrbarnard on August 14, 2014, 09:13:48 am Took Bob, a new gyp, and one of my young dogs out early Saturday morning. Cut them loose and within 15 minutes I check the gps to see where Bob is and he is steadily rolling out. Him and my gyp were together and I knew they were on a hog. This was the longest track I have ever watched Bob take. He put a pig at the end of it at nearly 1.5 miles away across a major creek. Wasn't a big hog but it was one I wanted. I had one of my feeders get knocked down last weekend by this boar. And another spot I fed last week for the first time he found and ate all my rice bran in one night. So hopefully I can start feeding again and have some deer. :toast
