Title: Need a little help Post by: ArtHenrey on January 18, 2015, 08:07:29 am One my good dogs lastnight got her ear split in half all the way up, cleaned it up but after that her ear is just flapping around split in half all way up. What to do?

On a female I had, after stapling it back together, I took two pieces of cardboard & taped it over the ear & then used vet wrap to keep it up against her head so she could not shake her head. Then put a cone on her to keep her from scratching it. Sounds like overkill but it healed just fine.
