And when it proves not to achieve its stated goal, all these folks pushing this legislation will be nowhere to be found, and certainly won't jump up and say they realize they made a mistake.

The bill has been resubmitted without any of the sow or Barr hog transporting stipulations attached. They will now be making people get there handlers facility license in order to transport alive but, it is definitely an improvement on the way the other bill was worded. (There is still a chance this bill gets voted down completely.)
