Title: Gyp with a bad leg Post by: swine dogger on March 25, 2015, 04:58:49 pm About a month ago my main gyp got cut down. She got hit right above were the elbow is on the back leg and we took her to the vet and they said it wasn't the tendon or the muscle. But now when she takes a step the whole leg folds up.

Title: Re: Gyp with a bad leg Post by: Mike on March 25, 2015, 06:31:30 pm It's gotta be something torn in there. I'd take her to another vet and get a second opinion... a good vet can fix it.
Title: Re: Gyp with a bad leg Post by: Cajun on March 25, 2015, 07:29:55 pm There could be nerve damage also. Get a second opinion & also get s back leg brace. Make sure the dog cannot chew it tho.
