You beat me to it. I Was Going To post that here as well. How dumb can somebody be...lol...reminded me of a time when my dad had messed around and watched one of those shows called jack ass or wwhatever.  He said those boys would squat down and fart on a rattlesnake just to put it on tv...had me cracking up !!!

100% agreed, but his friends intervened by taking him to the hospital.
now for him possibly facing charges bc he doesn't have a permit. does that mean anyone who has them snakes in their ponds and stock tanks has to have a permit? just another money scam by the state to steal money from the citizens. he i think he has been punished enough, to bad he was taken to the hospital for treatment.  >:D

A cousin sent me that, said it was big news down there. It made me really proud and I'm so happy that he survived to pass on those brilliant genes. The word is he was keeping the snake in his house and I guess you need a permit for that.

The thing I read said earlier would let it lay on his chest and it never was aggressive. Or something like that.. now I'm not afraid of snakes and I'll catch em with my hands , but the day I let a poisonous snake lay on my chest is the day I deserve to get bit in the face.
