Very happy there is still honest people in the world. We made a deal on a dog. Dog was about exactly as he explained the dog. Just didn't hunt for me like he would for her. $2500 deal. 2 week trial. Told him that the dog wasn't exactly what I was looking for said no problem met me half way and gave me the exact $100 bills I gave him. Nice to see there is still honest people in this world!!!

They are still out there, just becoming far and few between nowadays. Glad you had a successfull exchange of property. It does get old hearing bout all the deals gone bad. It boils down to the honesty and intergrity of both the buyer n seller and the homework of the buyer.

Good deal...I sold a Coon dog one time. The guy wanted me to take him hunting first. I said sure.  We went. Treed 2 coon but it took a While.  He said can I have the dog on a weeks trial. I said sure if you leave ( I think it was ) 1000 dollars with me. I could tell he was hesitant.  By this time we were at my junky old house and he probably thought I would keep his money if he didn't like the dog. Anyway a week later he called and said the dog had to much range for his liking.  Full old blooded walker hound. Course he had range. Anyway I went to him put the money in his  hand and got the olĂ© dog back.  He shook my hand and said we need more honest folks in the world. We sure could have used the money or the dog wouldn't have been for sale.  But number one. ..I hate a dang thief. And number 2 ...a man will kill ya over 1000 and he knew where I lived...lol...
