Now don't get me wrong when I say "it went as low as it did" 725M is a ton of money but I think the reason it didn't go for more is because it couldn't be divided like I stated earlier. And by the time you add up the value of all the cattle, horses and mineral rights, the land probably comes out to be dirt cheap. Just my 2 cents...
