That's huge! Is that the biggest ranch in the country? I think the biggest ranch in Cali is 250k acres. Is it a high fence?

Its the largest one fence ranch in this country. But there are much larger land owners, even larger than the king family such as John Malone and Ted Turner.

it comes down to about 1250 an acre . with improvements , 500 head of the best horses in the world , 7500 head of cattle and the income from oil it was a steal .

if i had known about it in time i woulda went to my banker and asked for the money , lmao  ;D ;D ;D ;D

But I think the reason it went as low as it did id's because one of the agreements before the old man past was it had to either Advil stay in the family or all be sold as a whole.

Now don't get me wrong when I say "it went as low as it did" 725M is a ton of money but I think the reason it didn't go for more is because it couldn't be divided like I stated earlier. And by the time you add up the value of all the cattle, horses and mineral rights, the land probably comes out to be dirt cheap.
Just my 2 cents...
