can build you one way cheaper than buying one and it will be like YOU want it not like whoever built it wanted it.

mex,

First off, I have to agree with several of the other posters about being able to build exactly what you want, and it being less expensive to build your own the way you like it, than to buy one that someone else built.

That said, I started with a clean slate, built what I wanted...used it some, added some more features....used it some more, then added even more items.  I am now to the point that I think I can build from scratch exactly what I want/ need in a hunting trailer. If you had asked me when I started this project, I would have told you that I already knew just what I wanted...It was not until I actually began using the trailer that I realized just how wrong I was ;D

Lately I have been thinking about selling my hunting trailer, and building another one the way I think it needs to be done ;).   The foundation for the trailer I might sell is a 16' tandem lowboy. two 3500# axles with good tires. 2-5/16 Bulldog coupler. Trailer has flip up "shorty" ramps, 1/4" diamond plate fenders with 12" steps at each corner that support my 340# standing anywhere on them. Hog/Dog box in front that is the width of the trailer, and includes a cut gate(not pictured, it operated just like a side hinged cut gate in a stock trailer).  15 gallon hot dip galvanized water storage with valves on both sides of the trailer. Removable game hoist that swivels to load hogs in both the hog box, and on the trailer.  Built in ice chest racks on holds a 48qt cooler, the other holds a 120qt cooler.  Can load 2 four wheelers inline, or 3 wheelers side loaded.  Hot dip galvanized tool box on top of hog/dog box as well.  There is room on the top of the hog box to strap down a large dog box as well.  Hog/Dog box has 3/16" steel gravel guards installed in front and both sides.
