Title: Sow with teeth Post by: Swine-Stalker on February 07, 2018, 02:55:03 pm Been a whiles since I’ve been on here. Made a few changes to my pack over the winter and took back to the woods last weekend. Managed to get 4 pigs with my buddy between Friday and Saturday. Friday we got a sow that hit 205 on the scale and had some small teeth on her. Enough to put a few holes in my young cd, and a couple bay dogs. The rest of the pigs were nothing worth mentioning but it was good to catch a few right off the bat. I’ve hunted these 2 spots a time or two a year for the last 5 years and never stopped a pig. A couple youngsters that were with the hunting party got their first knife harvest.

Usually won't go deep enough to kill or severely damage vital organs, but will, just about dehide a dog and rip thru outer muscle like a razor knife.
