Haven't had any experience with plotts but I like what I read except the openness. Here in the hill country a lot of these pigs run and won't honor a bay and I hate being out there for hours and hours chasing that one pig and trying to locate your dog through all the brush for miles

Are most or all plotts open or semi open or can they be silent too

Yeah but do the Chipewwa's keep the sticks and the stickers and stuff from falling down in the tops of them

Is it pretty easy to take apart and disconnect the battery to reset it

I have 2 dc 30 and I keep loose contact with the dogs. Is there something I can do to reset it or any info that can help would be appreciated

Look at Rocky boots.com. I've had mine for two years and no leak that I know of. I don't live in swamp. These lace in the front and zip on the side. So you can adjust them to the size of your calf. Plus you can get them tight enough to keep stuff from going down in them. I love mine I can run hogs all night. They are comfortable. They are the pro light mobu side zipper. There are about 10 different ones to chose from.

We had it go through here. I shot a couple coyotes and brought them home on the flatbed. They were just there overnight but I had 8 die Anywhere from three months old to a year and a half. They didn't hardly last a day and they were dead.  That said the same thing a weird strain. Was just getting my dogs doing really good and it kinda set me back. Working to get back on track

I have a dog he my best  dog. When hunting he likes to kill skunks. I think I'm getting him over it and he goes and gets a skunk. I don't think he gets them if there are pigs around but he will if sign is slow. Have y'all had any problems with this?and what can I do to get him over this?

A buddy of mine has a really great one. He'll hunt whatever you want him to. He had him with him fishing in Alaska and a bear show up. He took the bear on and turned the bear
