sorry people. computer had a virus. im back now. But yea he is that big. a lot of pics wont do a hog justice. A bunch of my friends say the hogs I catch aint that big when I send them pics, but usually when they come to put their dogs in the pen they change their mind. maybe im just not a good pic taker.

I don't wanna up set anybody else, as for me I do a lot of hunting by myself. I for one want a dog I have to break off with a breaking stick even more so when im on a big hog. I see where your coming from though, I used to have one like that. I caught a hog and a limb that was pulled back tapped him on the head. he thought it was me and let go. after that I put him up. no offense, if it works for you use it. ;-)

OH YEA,lol I forgot to put the story about this hog. Well its a little funny, at least to me it is. Well I was getting ready to  go hunting by myself, done asked all my buddies but they didn't want to go. Well my one bud said 'oh you by yourself huh, f*** it ill go. So we get down there and one of my young dogs is hauling a$$ barking. At first we are thinking 'that puppie trashing again", but then my older dogs set in to baying. Im like 'bud old man don't lie, if he barking hes looking at him'. my buddy was like I know, and took off in a full sprint, I said man ive told you every time I aint running. I might jog if I hear dogs getting rolled, but id rather let the dogs bay. "Ive caught hogs by myself big enough to stand up while im sitting on it tryna tie, I know to save my energy cuz I might need it cuz you never know whats at the end of the bay". So im walking fast, as fast as possible yelling 'slow down bud the dogs got him jammed up he aint going nowhere'. He yells its gone get away. I say' naw they got him bayed, don't turn your bulldog loose yet' he said 'to la.te'. I said Sh!# . so I start jogging, the next thing I hear "HELP HELP TURN DINA LOOSE TURN DINA LOOSE" im there now....I turn dina-ma loose, she looks like a flash of white lightning hits the hog on the jaw plants her feet ..here I come right behind her I grab the back legs then look  at my bud and I smile and say......TAKE THE PICTURE. LOL He says naw man flip the hog, I flip him and sit on him.....guess what....No dang tie rope, we forgot. I say got get the truck ill sit on him. I got the the bottem legs that he would use to stand up in my hand, he is up aginst a tree with me laying on him driving my legs tryna keep weight and pressure on him. he flies back down to me hauling butt ''must ran the whole way". .....still no tie rope. lol we ended up cutting the straps off a small ratchet strap and getting it tied. lol but that's how it goes you catchem when you aint got no tie rope. lol

This is one of the big hogs ive caught in this one certain spot. its a 325lb scale weighed caucht alive boar hog. in this one spot you either catch them like this or not at all. ill try to post more pics and the big bar's when I figure out more about working photobucket. lol might have to get the kids to help.

that's not what I said. I said I wont breed into my buddy or my cousins blood. if you must know I don't like the way the treat and breed their dogs.

 for the people that understand what im talking about THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE. For the others my buddy and my cousin actually have good catchdogs. they hit hard and stay caught. they are just tiny dogs and they wanted to add size to the dogs and thought about using the dogo for that reason. once again thank you

I was actually hunting and not sitting online talking about it like yall. lol the old man said he just caught another 400 pound bar hog AND IS SENDING ME A PIC. now how do you put these pics on here. PROOF---FOR THE WIN. Stop running ya head thinking im lying and let yo dogs do the talking. CUZ MINE WILL. Not tryna peddle dogs I just as well keep'em all for myself. like the old man said most of yall don't know true dog men all ya know is what yall read yall haven't actuall got to sit down and talk to the men -grand kid- or the great grand kids of who actually owns the dog in your pedigree. But I have been pretty fortunate on that. I know a lot of old dog men 'some you wouldn't think I know". NOT GOING TO MENTION ANY NAMES DONT ASK. B ut I got to learn from them because I chose to shut up and listen. With a lot of yalls attitude and the way yall talk 'you wouldn't even get to make it out the truck with these old men'. The only advice I have for yall is if you find an old dog man that knows what he is talking about. SHUT UP AND LISTEN..LOL

He don't want to be known. And he will not sell you a dog, I can only sell the dogs because im breeding my blood into it. he is weird and oldskool. for example if a dog doesn't catch right for me ill give it a way for a house dog or something. He don't believe in that. he will shoot it. The only way ill shoot a dog is if it trys to bite people or kids. I wont put up with that crap. If my dog didn't catch right hed come to my yard and shoot it. like I said hes old and set in his ways.

im not all over the place lady. Im on point the original post is about how bad the oldmans dogs are. and im sticking to it. and point blank some dogs do have their jaws lockup on them like there is some thing wrong with him. you can come at me with this prove it to me with science crap but your odviously not going to know what im talking about until it happens to you. when you have a bulldog get killed and still hang on a hog and you have to pry him off you let me know.

GUY, just let it go. I stay in the country with country people. and its more often called locking than "in hold" where im from. The point isn't the name of what their doing, but can they do it and do it well. And frankly idk about you, but I catch hogs with the dogs I have. all of them are not expencive. but they work and get the job done. I paid 40$ for a cur dog and made it out hunt my buddies 1200$ finished dog. If your dog gets the job done is what matters. not words or terms.

ok. that's what they want, but they want to breed there blood into it because they like the was there blood works. would the dogs be more likely to catch well off of the first breeding or would they have to put more of their blood into it. because I hear some say that some lines of dogo wont catch and some will. will the pitbull offset the blood enough to produce more dogs more likely to catch.?
