|
Package deal is 10 young registered Lacy dogs. I have over 40 dogs so I haven't had time to try most of these. They range in age from 6 months to 4 years old. Some are good, some ain't and some I have no earthly idea if they are good, as I have not had time to try them. However they all come from good bloodlines. The package includes the 10 young registered Lacy dogs, 10 barrel houses, 10 stake out chains, 10 water buckets, 10 feed pails, and a large two hole dog box. $1500. I will be happy to send pictures to serious inquiries. 817-751-5998 flyingwbobby@gmail.comWill accept trades of guns, crossbow or Garmin Alpha 100 and TT15 collars.

THE CLASSIFIEDS / THE DOG TRADE / Pack for sale, Lacy dogs, Plott, Julys, AB
|
on: March 22, 2016, 06:25:59 pm
|
I have over 30 dogs, I obviously can't hunt them all. I am selling 14 dogs super cheap. I have 2 registered young July hounds not started, 1 American Bull dog catches good but has some dog aggression issues in the kennel, 7 year old registered Plott she is a producer of champions but not hunted much, 5 registered Lacy pups, 2 unregistered Lacy pups, 6 month old Lacy pup, 3 year old Lacy hunting dog, 5 year old Lacy strike dog, 1 dog box (fits between the fenders and is about 4 foot deep with a rack on top. Serious calls only, no financing, trades considered for items that don't eat, this will be a cheap package deal for someone. $1500 would be easily worth much more sold separately. bobbythacowboy@gmail.com 817-751-5998

THE CLASSIFIEDS / THE DOG TRADE / Registered Lacy pups for sale
|
on: January 14, 2016, 09:27:37 pm
|
Registered Lacy pups for sale. They have had their vaccinations, they have been wormed and are ready to go. I have 6 red males $200 each, 4 blue males $300 each, ages range from 7 weeks to 4 months. I'll take guns, ammo and other hunting stuff that doesn't eat in trade. I use the sire and dam for hog hunting, these will make some good working pups for hog hunting, cattle work or blood trailing. I am keeping pups from each of the litters because I know these pups will make fine working dogs. IF you buy more than one pup I'll make you a heck of a deal, the more you buy the cheaper they'll be. flyingwbobby@gmail.com or call me at 817-751-5998

THE CLASSIFIEDS / THE DOG TRADE / puppy trainer

I have an 8 year old female Lacy dog, red, out of Graham's Chigger X Graham's Dolly. She is gritty with the small pigs and bays well with the larger pigs. She is a good puppy starter due to her age, short range, moves a little slower through the woods allowing pups to keep up. Scar on her face from a rattlesnake bite many years ago. Asking $300 I also have a Scott bred male bull dog that is 2 years old, never started due to the fact that I have too many dogs, good with kids. asking $300 I also have a Catahoula, a couple of other Lacy dogs, a Bird/Bull cross, some registered Lacy pups and some other dogs to sell. I'd consider a package deal if you are looking for enough dogs to get a good start. Trades considered for something that DOES NOT EAT, for example; guns, ammo, upright freezer, wood burning stove, crossbow, 18' trailer, jeep, just check with me your never know what I'll be interested in. HOG & DOGS / HOG DOGS / Re: looking for best pit stud dog prospects

I studied the cross that the Aussies use and they did use the English Bull Terriers, but I've not found too many Enlish Bull Terriers in the U.S.A. that are actuall working dogs. Most of the EBT's are show dogs that have long lost their working ability and their prey drive (there are a few working EBT's, but not many). I Think our easy access to good working APBT's are a better match for our use in the U.S.A. and the APBT's are lots more abundant.

Thank all you fellas (and gals) for your positive input, feel free to call me. My number is 817-751-5998. I've been hunting with dogs since I was 12 (that was 36 years ago). I am more than happy to meet with the folks that have dogs that are of this type of cross. Heck, I'm always happy to meet guys (or gals as the case was today) that hunt with high quality dogs of nearly any breed and just about any quarry. I find that hog hunting fits my level of adrenilin rush needed, but more importantly, I enjoy watching good dogs work. I don't neccesarily hunt for the kill, but to see the best dogs doing their best. I ain't far from Chico and would be glad to talk to the guy up there about his dogs. As for the Dane X Pit cross, you are far from me, but I do come out your way occasionally and would be honored to see your dogs. I'm stuck on the idea of the Staghound X APBT cross, but would enjoy seeing some of the other "fast" catch dog crosses. Keep the responses coming! Thanks again guys.

I tend to agree as well, I don't condone breeding any breed of dog to another breed ending in a cross that doesn't do either job that it was original intended for, however I'm not breeding Pitbull X sighthound dogs for the purpose of piney woods catch dogs (I don't believe they would do well in thick piney/brush woods). I am breeding them for open country that I hunt. I am not breeding them to sell pups, I'm not breeding them to saturate a dog market that is already flooded with less than desireable dogs. I am getting some private messeges with some very nice dogs, but will still need to find a couple super star APBT gyps (they can be for sale or lease). Thank you for the positive input folks. I'll post pictures in a couple years of the end result.

I have several hunting properties that are farely wide open and need some faster catch dogs for the "runners". I'm not breeding for resale of puppies or degredation of the APBT breed. I have a friend that came along with his APBT X Greyhound catch dog and the results were astonishing, I just know first hand what a APBT X sight hound can do for me and want some for myself. The Aussies have figured this out for their territories that are open type properties by crossing the bully type dogs with the sight hounds. It worked well for them, I think if the right dogs are matched up the offspring will be produce 40-45 mph catch dogs that will also have some stamina. If there is a non-purist out there with a super star APBT dog or gyp I'm in the market. Thanks again guys.

I'm in Azle, TX. I have a couple good strike dogs, some bay dogs that are a little suicidle, a couple of good American Bull dogs for catch dogs. I have recently purchased a pure bred greyhound (very good blood lines) that I'd like to cross with a super star APBT gyp. I also purchased a very nice Staghound gyp that I'd like to put with an ABPT dog. These dogs are proven catch dogs that if crossed properly, I believe will produce the kind of dogs that have been discussed here a few times on the forum. If you have some good ABPT prospects feel free to call me 817-751-5998. Thanks for y'alls help.

Well, it's been two weeks and 168 viewers, but no responses. Is there any chance anyone has a APBT stud dog that comes close to the criteria mentioned in my first post? If not, is it possible that someone has a APBT gyp that comes close? I know there are lots of ABPT's out there, some are pretty nice. It would be appreciated if anyone can point me in the right direction for a good female or male. Thank you.

These Dogs are located in Corpus Christi, TX. I am willing to sell for cash or trade for guns, Garmin DC-40 tracking collars, Garmin Astro 340, 12' flat bottom boat or something that doesn't eat. I still have 7 Lacy dogs that range from 2 years old to 5 years old, 2 of these dogs are good strike dogs and the rest are good help dogs (they will all catch small pigs or catch larger pigs when another dog catches, one is an 8 year old female that is great as a brood bitch, she has a good nose and is very gritty, lots of bottom. I haven't hunted them much due to my work schedule which isn't getting better. I have a total of 29 dogs and have to cut down on the pack. The cash price ranges from $200 to $500. I can text you pictures, but prefer to give the rest of the information via actual talking on the phone rather than texting. Give me a call at 956-369-6424 or email me at flyingwbobby@gmail.com
