Welcome aboard fella. If you think it, so has another member. The search tool is probably the best resource on this site. If you come up with something new, it will be welcomed with open arms and lots of opinions! haha. Look forward to the new point of view.

I am the sr blaster for an explosive company. I do mostly production shots in rock quarries but will do some construction blasting. I also run a ranch as the hunting manager and outfit hunts on a few other places for whitetail and exotics.
Well, I think it's fair to say that boredom is never an issue for you.

process operator. We take the air straight from the atmosphere and separate it. Gaseous oxygen and nitrogen goes in the pipeline for refineries and such. Liquid oxygen and nitrogen goes at holding tanks for trucks to pick up. We also have a 38 MW gas turbine generator with a HRSG. We use the power for the plant and send the steam to a refinery next door for their boilers.

Thanks G H every thing I do is made from scratch made on site most of the time that mantel was out of some 120 yr old admora or how ever it's spelled lol I copied one from Europe the guy wanted 50 grand for it I made that one 7500 bucks
Props to ya' judge for still being able to make a living and not charging astronomical rates...material pricing is making it more and more difficult to keep quality craftsmanship and material up without breaking the customers bank. At least that is what a buddy of mine that is in the same business tells me his challenges are these days.

I was having the same problem loading a pic on Tapatalk earlier. Instead of hitting the attachment icon that looks like a paper clip, I did the camera and selected pictures from gallery that way and it worked fine for me. Cool videos and nice porker!

good looking pup Johnston ! how's it bred ?
Thanks Mr. Whitten. The sire is Joe's Big Thicket J.R. and the dam is Big Thicket Josie....that's about all I know. I don't have his papers yet and I don't know walker lines good enough to just know off the top of my head. A fella that I gave some of my OMC's to bought two and realized there is only 24 hrs in a day and decided to cut down....he offered me this pup because he knew I had been looking for a walker. For free...I'll give him a whirl and hope for the best. I really wanted a started or finished dog, but what fun is that right? lol

I broke down and joined the hound world myself....I'm looking forward to progress. My mtn. cur is getting the job done day and night, but I have wanted a walker for some time now and it just kind of worked out a couple months ago...OK, what's the deal with uploading a picture??? It loads to 70% and that's it... If I get it figured out, I'll post a picture of my pup....

The guy I know used liquid nitrogen. U should also wipe the area with alcohol before branding. Muzzle dog and be ready to get pissed on. Length of time is adjustable. U have to learn by experience as to what is best.
Shotgun Arkansas
Appreciate the info shotgun. I will post pics to show results in the near future.

Ya there is not a lot of room on it but I hunt by myself most the time so there is plenty of room for me
Even when I sat in it by myself it felt cramped. I am average height at 6' and just felt like I had no leg room more than anything. I was pretty bummed out about it really, because that was a deal breaker for me. My buddy has the viking and it has more leg and cab room than my ranger....but good night that thing is noisy. I think it is hard to find one to 100% please individuals like myself...too picky I guess. Ya didn't think bout that I am 5ft 5 125 pounds so I fit in a kids jeep I laughed with ya on that one bud...lol

Do the fellas y'all know doing it use liquid N2 or dry ice? I would like to do it myself, but would like to be educated on it before hand obviously. From what I understand you shave the area to be branded and hold it on for about 25 seconds. It kills the hair pigments and they grow back white? Is it that easy or is there a lot more to it than that?

I'd like some input in these different models. I owned a 2010 I believe 800 and loved it just wondering how the 570 and 400 compare. Thanks
I would choose the 570 over the other two simply because of the engine location which makes a drastic difference in the cab when it comes to noise. Also makes it easier to get to for maintenance. Unless they changed them, I think the 800 and 400 are still located more under the seat...heated seats are nice on the cold days though. lol
