I had a little bulldog pup recently who was a little hot from the beginning.  Got him at 5 weeks old,raised him in the house around the kids. About 7 months old he got  growly over the food bowel,then it was going in the crate or outside...he didn't want to go. He walked in the house behind my lady and she told him out. He stared at her and wouldn't budge,she yelled at him and he  made the move out not before showing her some tee. 1. Night dogs struck 1 and  I went to unsnap him he tried to eat my azzz. He was lifeless coming of the box....moral of the story....to many chances and somebody gonna get hurt

Owner and trainer both said he is faster on longer tracks. That was a mile and quarter, he should burn up Belmont.  Great race....

Australia, your dog has to want what it is you are trying to get them to rig. If they want it ,it should come easy. Play with  a pig first load the dogs up and hide the pig. Get em on the box and drive into the wind. Like rednose said  with  coons and hounds its a little easier...jmo had God success with coon dogs do it this way

The dog trade page on this site says it all. I see some of the same guys selling half a dozen different bulldogs in a month. Where ith are they all coming  from and why are there so many.

Rednose yes running deer is legal during the general season 1 dog per tag.

We can run deer and yokes also. Grey fox ,coon,hogs and there's really nothing on going to ground in the regulation.  Cajun the last year I ran hounds treed 37 bear in 1 canyon. We took 17 of which 12 or 13 where over 300#. Tried 7 lion that last year also same canyon.  Used to be a winter grounds for our deer ,your lucky to see deer number 2. But what you do see is tons of number 2 with deer hair in it. This state is by far the most ass backward state . Sheep population is declining due to lions also. Those are big revenue so they cull lions in the darkness.  I could tell alot more of what these crooked state employees do but  I don't have my medical handy lol.

I hunt out of a buggy99% of the time. Citrus orchard, usually I'll run the entire perimeter of a block with dogs loaded up. If they don't rig or come off I'll go through the block if nothing still, I drop em. If there's no hogs they usually come back.....sometimes they make it happen on there own. Been working 2 young dogs solo lately so they been doing a lot of reading. Also working on leaving the box open and let these 2 youngish bale off when they wind 1.

Sounds like poaching problems,a few spots I know of have big toothed boars with no ears. Some guys do it to get poachers dogs killed. Sucks it happened to you. Good hog

Jumping other dogs ,not been in able to box with other dogs. Either of those,they gone. Other than that idk cause I didn't use one just yet. Interesting responses.
