I had a stud dog about 10 years ago have both testes torn our of his scrotum. Managed to clean them up and put them back in. I stapled the wound shut so it could weep and kept him on antibiotics for a month. He managed to sie 17 pups after that. Regarding the urethra, if he can pee, he can ejaculate one would assume. So the question is can he still produce viable semen. Assuming he can the only issue you might run into would be if the cut urethra gave him urinary incontinence. If it has it would be fruitless trying to collect.

They never learn. All you do when you try to poison a pig is make a better pig. Plus you kill so much wildlife it is unreal.
