Don't matter if its for hunting, conceal carry, home protection, .22 LR to .454 casuall, if you can't hit with it comfortably, it ain't no good. Preference is not always the best option. I prefer my SIG 9mm, I shoot my GLOCK .40 a hell of a lot better, guess what, I carry the GLOCK. Point being, carry what you can consistently hit with, after all, if you can't hit with it you might as well throw rocks.

Sorry buddy, he was sure a pleasure to hunt behind. Been waiting since I heard it elsewhere, hoping it was a nasty rumor. Hope he went doing what he loved but I understand if you don't want to talk about it. Hope Lucy took. He'll be damn hard to replace. RIP Hunter, keep baying for the almighty.

Yep, peroxide will kill live, good tissue and slow the healing process. It's good for initial cleaning but becomes non-beneficial after that.

Filled up last week and still over 1/2 full. I open separator drain every 3-4 fill ups and let it run for a few seconds while the motor is running. I thought about injectors but its just odd the way it happened.

HOG & DOGS / GENERAL DISCUSSION / Ford 7.3L issues?

Have a 2000 f-550 with 70,000 original miles. Drove it last week and was great, as always. Jumped in it yesterday, waited for glow plugs and cranked and ran like a top for 10-15 seconds. I reached over and turned on the A/C. Coincidence or caused by the A/C, the thing started spitting and sputtering. I killed it, turned off the A/C. Have cranked it a couple times and I acts like its only hitting on 4 cylinders. I've owned it for a year and its the cleanest, most well maintained crew cab dually I've ever seen. Any thoughts? It's throwing a check engine code every now and then so I guess I need to read the codes. I know about the crank shaft sensor but I've never had one run rough when they went out, just wouldn't start. Any thoughts?

Matt, remember my maroon one? 2002, 2 door soft top, 2.0L, 4x4 with an automatic. 3 in. body lift and set of 30 inch mud terrains. Not sure on mileage cause we just hunt and leave it at lake for putting my pontoon in the water. I like the fact that its got factory front and rear lockers. I did have to replace the 4x4 "air actuator" pump and put a set of Warn hubs on it for certainability. It's a great rig but short so I don't like 60 on the highway.
