A good dogo from good lines will IMO out perform a bulldog. I ran bulldogs for years and have now switched to DOGOs due to how I hunt and their size.

JOJO do some research on the dogos before making statements you know little about. There is no pit or bulldog as we know it in the dogo. In fact here is a link explaining how they bred and came up with the DOGO.

http://www.dogousa.org/DACA/history_of_the_dogo.asp

Again this is not the type or version of bulldog we are talking about or have here. ALso look at Silvertons post.

it says like 6 lines down in the formula that bulldog is a part of the breed.

I'm just sayin that you posted the history of the dogo and contradicted yourself in your post thats all. Silverton was pointing out the same thing I do believe (see higlighted)

14  HOG & DOGS / DOGS ON HOGS / Re: Hunt with Flacracker on: March 08, 2010, 09:58:01 am
Josh I had a very good time and learned alot about a totally different style of hog hunting. We had a great time and I welcome you and Herb back anytime. I look forward to getting Whiskey back out there soon when she weans those pups. It is time to start hunting Ka Bar with her so that he can learn the game in style. I hope that the pups that you and Herb get will be something to talk about one day and if that is the case we will have to throw somethin of mine back over that lil gyp.

I would like to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the extreme handle that Josh has over his hounds and the bottom that they have is great. Good job to you on your dog program.

Whiskey my lead bitch had 10 pups yesterday and she ate 4 and one was still born. She has 5 healthy pups now and it seemed to me like she knew what she could handle. They are already spoken for and I look forward to gettin her back in the woods/marsh asap!!
