Trench foot . Caused by wearing wet boots to long. I found out bout it working in Louisiana after the hurricanes . Note to self take extra boots. Craig's list has some of the people from Walmart, but not the hog doggers.

King Ranch chicken is awesome . For recipes and good reads go type in Dutch oven society there are clubs all over the world. Don't know if they still do it , but they used to have cook offs at Bear Creek park. For the cook off you show up with your spices and they give you a box with stuff in it that was what you had to cook that cook off.

That's cool . One evening I was in my tree stand and opened a beverage . I always put the caps in a hole in the tree right behind my back. I had the cap between my thumb and index finger and something in the hole hit it and knocked it out of my hand and out into the trail below. Needless to say my fat arse was out of the 16' stand in one step. It turned out to be 2 big rat snakes nesting in the $#%## hole in the tree . I moved my stand

Chris you also want a remote meat thermometer you can pick them up at Bed Bath and Beyond for around $30 dollars. You can put the probe in the meat and put the reciever next to where you are . It will sound when the meat gets to the temp. you want. As far as a thermometer find somebody that works at the plants to get you one . The plants buy the good ones. Also when you cook , don't let it bellow smoke you will ruin the meat. Thin blue line of smoke only. Low and slow on pork you'll dry it out .
