I've a got a 1/2 Catahoula 1/2 redbone gyp that is around 3 years old.  She's a medium to long range dog and I don't have any sort of tracking system to keep up with her (my other dogs are close to medium range).  She's mostly trash broke unless she hasn't been on a hog in awhile .  then I've seen her bark at a deer, but I think it was out of boredom.  I've had her for about a year and she's been on plenty of pigs.  She got cut twice by a boar (not bad cuts) and kept baying. She's not gritty and just keeps barking even when the catch dog catches.  She's hard to catch when its time to stop hunting but I've always been able to drop the tailgate and drive off and she will load up.  She doesn't have a bit of quit in her.  Would like to trade her for a close to medium range gritty strike dog.  I need a dog that will put a tooth in a runner.  Prefer a female.  Let me know what ya got.   Located in northeast texas.
