I have a 2 year old male treeing walker. He is a big leggy hound. He moves a track fast for a hound. When he was younger i worked him on some caged coons he did good and treeded good but lately i have just been working him on hogs. He bays good in a pen and he does bay a little lose on a big hog but he isn't scared to put some teeth on one if they try to break. I have worked him in my wooded pen one time and he did find and bay a hog by himself. From what i can tell he is gonna be a little open when a hog breaks but he is tight mouthed for a hound. I have a 9 year old male bmc. He is short to med range. He usually hunts 200 to 400 yards out on the Garmin. He will stay busy hunting at first but he is 9 yrs old so if you have been hunting a while and haven't hit anything he will start checking in more and more often. He will honar any bay he can hear. I have a male 3 year old 1/4 English 3/4 cur short range strike dog. I only call him short range because a lot of times his range varies. Some times he makes 200-250 yard loops when hunting and sometimes he makes 600-700 yard loops just hunting but he will consistently strike hogs if put in fresh sign. He has a lot of bottom when on a hog he has taken a hog over a mile before by himself and had it bayed when we got there. The only reason I'm getting rid of him is I hunt long range dogs and he doesn't consistently hunt out far enough for me. If he doesn't strike first he will honor a bay. $500. I have an 89 Ford f150 4x4. It has a 6 inch lift, it has a rebuilt 351  with less than a 1000 miles on it, everything works great the ac blows ice cold, it has power Windows and locks, sliding rear window, cruise control, automatic transmission, it has warn locking hubs, replacement rear and front bumpers, it only has one very small dent on the passenger door.
