HOG & DOGS / GENERAL DISCUSSION / Re: Question for all the ex-military out there

I'm ex-military and am wondering if any of you folks out there that are ex-military have used your GI bill for Taxidermy ? I'm lookin into getting into taxidermy and would like to know if they will cover it under the GI bill. Any info into this will help. Thanks. What does the school say about using the GI Bill? Your Admissions person or Financial Aid person should be able to tell you whether or not the GI bill has been used in their situation before. My husband went to a trade school after he got out of the military & the GI Bill paid for most of it, but not all of it. One of your best sources would be the school. If they're accredited in their trade & handle financial aid then they should be familiar with what all needs to be done to use your GI Bill for the classes.

If that don't work just put on the gloves, get in a ring and beat each other senseless until nobody remembers why we are fighting.
My mom would have us fight it out too when she was sick of hearing us argue with each other. It worked & like you said, we couldn't remember why we were fighting when it was all said & done.

Can't you IP block him? I know of other forums that IP block users so that no matter how many aliases they use, as long as they're logging on from the same computer it'll block them. Just a thought.

It takes a sad sorry person to do something like that. I don't understand why anyone who's given a dog would turn around & sell it like that, but I was raised differently I guess.
I'm sorry you all got burned.

I want to find people that have hunted with Dogos and can say who has good lines or what lines are all show.
You know that picture they posted in here of my dog & Joes? One of those dogs is almost TEN. Ten! Ten is pretty old for a couch dog let alone a working dog & that alone to me speaks volumes for a line. A dog that is build right & not breaking down over time & that seems smart enough to catch & catch well to still be hunted over at ten is just amazing to me. How often do you see that sort of longevity, smarts & efficiency in a RCD? It's an honest question because I really don't know. It kind of knocked me off my feet when I found out her age because I've seen her catch some mean SOB's in the past year. Boomin' Granny! Anyhow that's something I found to be really impressive and it's a good question to pose to the breeders you approach.

Good lookin ridgeback! staight catch?
My lack of experience is going to show here: Does straight catch mean he goes in and catches with out baying? If so, yes. If not put it in blond terms & I'll answer as well as I can Thanks!

"Here kitty kitty kitty" LMAO!
Isn't it my sworn duty as his wife to make his life difficult? You should've seen his face the first time I shouted that & his little jagd came runnin'! If looks could kill I would've burst into flames right there His other dog thinks her name is "Hilde Bad Dog" & wags her little docked tail at you when you say that to her. I have no idea who could've taught her that

See?! Purty dogs can be hog dogs too! Congrats on the 1st hog. Its a good one! Sean (Machine73) and I had a "my dogs vs your dogs" thing going too. In the beginning he swore up & down that my red boy would not hunt right and it'd be better if I just left him home. My "purty" dogs were totally useless hunting hogs in his eyes. This is the dog he bought the pink cut collar for (shortly after he did that I taught his newest Jagd to come to "here kitty kitty kitty"). So you can see this was an escalation. Now I've stopped calling his Jagds rats & he's stopped calling my dogs useless! I'm not saying my boy is the be all & end all of anything. We have a long road ahead of us but at least now he's proved himself to be more than just a show dog ya know? I can live with that

I love my ridgebacks. I bet she'd be happy with one of the boys. They curl up with the kids every night & I don't have to worry about my house getting broken in to at all.
