I put my game cams out at a feeder that seems to have a lot of runners comin off of it. I got this pic and several others but this one is the best pic. The others have better shots of the hog. But more interested in the object on the right. Like I said there are several pics of this over a couple minutes but this is the clearest. And if you look, the light on the right side is behind the cedars.

Yeah, it's the same one. Jesse and I went over there yesterday and marked several spots on the garmins so we have a better idea of the place. Yeah, he does like to run at night but in this area its bout the only way to do any huntin. Next time your down mike let me know and we'll do something out this way. Maybe have to boil up some crawfish and have some cold ones.

One of my hunting buddies and I went to mark some areas on our garmins yesterday on a pretty big place I picked up. While riding around came across quite a bit of old cars, houses cattle pens and such. This place seems to hold a lot of hogs on it so I'm pretty sure we'll find more interesting stuff. I only took a couple of pics. But these were pretty neat finds. This old shack is very small. The door is only about 5 ft tall.

HOG & DOGS / GENERAL DISCUSSION / Re: Your best hog rifle.

Best brush gun for stalking I would say 45-70. That dude will shoot thru a sapling and still kill what ur shooting at. General purpose I use a 308 with 150gr HP Winchester. They work very well on hogs.
I carry my marlin 45-70 pretty much every where. Recoil isn't bad and it will flat out put down any hog. Ammo is fairly easy to get and fair priced. The marlin guide gun is a compact rifle and won't weigh you down. Some folks I have hunted with call it a major over kill and in some situations it is. But no matter what you know you brought enough gun.

I looked at both and ended up getting the igloo yukon. It holds ice great, built extremely well, and costs less than the others. And on top of all that its made in Texas.

I have a king quad 450, and I've put that thing through hell. I've never had any problems with it. It's been the best ATV I've had. I've had it completely submerged, rolled it a few times there's not much I haven't done to it and it might not be very pretty any more but it has never left me stranded.

Well my catch dog big blue and my other CD had a little romance. I hope the pups come out to be some good CDs or runnin CDs. There gonna be 1/4 AB, 1/4 dogo, and 1/2 pit. Both dogs are good size so the pups should have some good leg to them and great drive. Don't have a pic of the mom right now, but this is the dad.
