Moving the shocks out isn't too big of a deal. When you get your stock Ranger the shocks are kinda slanted inward on a mount. Well right on the outside of each of these mounts (at the top) theres another bracket you can kick your shocks out to. This will raise your front and rear end about an inch or two like a lift kit. also helps carry a better load. All you have to do is jack your ranger up, take the bolt out and move them out and put the bolt back in. Piece of cake. The more technical part is twisting the shock at the bottom if you wanted to make a stiffer ride. Its a little silver piece on the bottom of all shocks and you can spin that around and make it 2 levels stiffer. Theres some Youtube videos on it ect. If you plan on having a load in the back of your ranger and dogs ect this is a pretty good idea! I can't take credit for this, Badboar30 answered my question when I asked

I had a pair when I worked in a preconditioning yard. They did fit better than any boots I've worn, but all the acids and stuff in the cow crap and piss tore them up like any boots. They didn't last any longer but I didn't take very good care of them. I've seen some guys swear by them but me personally I'll buy Ariats and just keep getting them resoled.

Yes sir, we hunt where there is tons of cactus. Dogs do fine in it, have to pick some out every now and then if they get in it bad but for the most part never even notice it. They hunt in a lot of briars, rocks, cactus and mesquites out here.

To duke who went out on a hog. Had caught hundreds and hundreds over the years, from anyone who ever owned, hunted behind, or anyone that just wants to pay their respects to a hell of a catch dog. RIP good buddy, you are in good company up there chasing and catching hogs
