No but a buddy that has the 320 also and is connected to the collars to
Is your buddy able to track the collars further than you are? If so that directly points to your Astro as the problem. They have a wire that runs from the antenna connection into the guts of the Astro that has known to break. If updates don't fix the problem it is time to contact Garmin. 1-800-1020

THE CLASSIFIEDS / CLASSIFIED ADS / Dog/Hog trailer

This trailer is well built. It will go over or through anything the four wheeler will. Ditches, hills, mud, fallen tress will not stop this trailer. It has two dog boxes that are 2t x 2wx 4d. The platform on back is 2w x 4d. You can sit people or pile hogs on top of the dog boxes. I am located in Thibodaux, LA 985-six88-eight5two6. bayouboy263atyahoo.com $500 or trade for something that doesn't eat. https://youtu.be/Ftefx71sjkc

I'm experiencing the same results as you. Sometimes we put a dc50 and my TT10 on the same dog, and let him hunt. The dc50 will have him at 1.5~1.75 miles while my TT10 dropped him at .7 miles. I like having the shock and tone controlled by my alpha. Had I known how much further the DC50 tracks I would have stayed with the 320.

There was a fella in south West Louisiana using a drone with night vision broadcasting to his iPhone to spot and stalk hogs in rice ponds. He would fly the drone and radio the info to people in the field.

I sure wish I could get away with the waiver, but the landowner says go get $1,000,000 insurance policy and you can hunt this place year round. I've paid to get onto a lease to run my dogs in the past. I am just looking at it ad though my premium will be my lease payment.

HOG & DOGS / GENERAL DISCUSSION / Hog Dogging Liability Insurance
|

Do any of Y'all carry liability insurance? One of the places I hunt has decided I need $1,000,000 in liability insurance to keep hunting it.
I tried the NRA, but they said they don't insure anything over 5,000 acres. Thanks, David

The cart comes from Cabela's. It can be bought fairly cheaply (Like less than $75) I was going to make one, but received this one as a Christmas gift. I have hauled at least a ton and a half of pork through all sorts of terrain with this cart. The first time i used it I had two sows over 200 pounds a piece on it at the same time for about a mile. That camera was a cheap hat cam that didn't take great video. After this hog I shelled out a few bucks for a better camera.

Thanks, Fellas.
=Georgia-Hawgs link=topic=88355.msg519554#msg519554 date=1418331729] Good job and story. I take my step son (9) and my little cousin (12) every chance i get. I dont have many hogs where i hunt but i like to introduce them to the woods and things besides video games when ever possible. And my dogs aint the best so sometimes we go on a hog hunt and just end up piddling around the woods catching crawdads in the river or anything to keep them interested. My cousins dad is a dumb a$$ and dont have nothing to do with him so i been lookin out for him the best i can since he was a baby. He loves me for it to and that makes it worth every minute. I think kids now days have been ruined by electronics and the absence of good ole country a$$ whoopings. I have heard kids say things to there parents these days that my backside would still be on fire for saying. Sorry for rambling in your thread. Good looking kid and looks like he had a good time! Keep up the good work ! [/quote] Georgia-Hawgs I hope God blesses you a fraction of the blessings you have given your little cousin.

Sam is going toi be 5 at the end of December. He has loved my dogs since he was old enough to walk. This is the earliest pic I have of him with one of my dogs. He's about 2.5 in this pic. First a piggy back ride through the briars. Then we practice climbing trees because pigs can't climb trees. Finally after waking up way to early, taking a really cold boat ride, and walking forever we get a solid bay. He tells me he is going to kill that hog. Kill that hog he did. I only helped push the knife in a little. We got home and he tells my wife, "I stabbed that pig in the stomach, and I broke his heart." After lunch and a well earned nap, he was ready to hose out the kennels and feed and water the dogs.
