I was traveling for work back in September of 2011 going from Indiana to San Antonio. We were on 79 north of Palestine. About two miles north of Lost Lake Prairie Road. a mountain lion crossed the road in front of me. It was about 3 in the morning.  I couldn't believe I saw it.  And was not pleased with my passenger because he was out cold.  So of course, I was left claiming to have seen one and everyone else to tell me I am full of it.  Haha.

I always enjoy an opportunity to watch dogo postings haha.  Here are a couple of mine.

Kennel is 5 ft wide x 10 ft long. Overall height is 6 ft with 4 ft of kennel space. Has tin roof, horse panel for sides, a drop gate at front, and a fiberglass plastic composite flooring. Built about two months ago. Used only for a few weeks when I had pups. I am moving and plan to only keep one of the two I built. Price is $1000. It's ok Izz. I'm a unicorn guy too. This is an issue and draw back from this breed specifically. It's a genetic defect passed on from the parents. Sucks definitely.  Best thing for the breed is to fix the dogs that have it and not breed them. Ivomec should clear it up but be aware it can and prolly will flare back up at some point.

My vet explained it to me that demodectic mange is not contagious but typically a genetic weakness that doesn't allow the dogs immune system to fight off the mites that cause this mange. Most all dogs have the mites on them, but are able to keep it under control (even humans have demodectic mites in their eyebrows). He said ivomectin was the best and most cost effective way to treat it. I treated a dog for about four weeks with it daily. It is very weight specific though, overuse can be dangerous for the dog.

What breed of dog is it?

It's a fiberglass/plastic composite. I believ it is called sureplank. I got it off my job site. It was used for a temporary elevated walkway. Cleans easy, not penetrable from pee and crap. Good stuff.

I'm hoping they make some nice RCDs.  I'm sure they will work very well for some people's style of hunting. We shall see. : )

Lesley and I had our first litter of puppies last night. We totaled 8 alive. And one was still born. They are 1/2 dogo 1/4 walker 1/4 catahoula. There were 5 males and 3 females. Here are some pictures of the new crew.

Lol u guys are funny. I'm not worried. We will run the place and see what happens. There are plenty of good size for sure pigs out there. If it turns out to be a pig we will know and if it's a cow prolly will never know cause hes probably been put back where he belongs. I'll have to talk to the rancher and see if he had any cows get out. Thanks to all for the input. It's fun to see everyone's thoughts and opinions.

Would love to see the video shane if you find it.  We definitely need to get together and hunt sometime.  If it is a hog we are going to save this place for the TDHA hunt, if we dont get it, you will have to come up and run with us sometime.
