Has anyone seen the email that's going around about the "over" 1800 lb hog killed in Conroe, Texas by the Medical Radiology worker. Is that legit? Is that the crossed up hog that can run 70 mph with elephant tusk that the Discovery Channel was talking about? lol

Good deal, Ive been tryin to find a club or lease to hunt on, aint had no luck ![Angry](http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/Smileys/default/angry.gif) Good hog 10-4...it's hard to get in a good club around here, especially if it's got alot of game. And if you do find one with an opening they want an arm and a leg to join.

Got invited to go to some club land close to home...1st turn out the dogs hunted hard to come up dry. 2nd turn out Graham and Tuesday (10 month old gyp) face baked about 600 yards away, they bayed only for a minute and the hog headed to the swamp. They stopped him on the edge of the water in a cane/vine thicket, we were trying to get close enough for a shot and the decided to help us out. He charged about half the distance and then broke to his right headed for the water, a lucky pop shot trhough the trees and he was doing cartwheels...225 lbs ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100_1294.jpg)

Gumswamp and I decided to take the boys huntin' with us Saturday. We cut the dogs loose and they split to start with, my male dog Graham was bayed the closest to us so we decided to go to him first. He had about 6 or 8 hogs bayed, sent the CDs in and caught a small sow about 125 lbs. My son got the honors of stickin' the first and his first hog... ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100E1298.jpg) Graham rolled out after the rest and while he was huntin' down we decided to go to Gumswamp's 2 males which were bayed 1.48 miles away. We got to the bay and cut the CDs loose and it was so thick the hogs must have herd the CDs coming and broke before they got there. The 2 males rolled out with the hogs and while they were trying to get them to stop again we went back to check my male. We got back to Graham and he was bayed, 100 lb sow... ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/downsize-1.jpg) Gumswamp's 2 males were now 3.48 miles away and bayed. Gumswamp went after the dogs while me and the boys retrieved some hogs... ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100E1297.jpg) We got back to Gumswamp and he had the prize hog... ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100_1290.jpg) A few more snap shots and we were done for the day... ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100E1299.jpg) ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100_1292.jpg)

Sc hog wild you sure do have a way of making them 100 lb hogs look so big. lol . You should post on here how to do that that way some of the 300 lbers look like 300lbers.
I can't be givin' away all my secrets... ![Grin](http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Had a fellow come by the office, he saw these pictures and said they look like something out of National Geographic...lol i like the steam coming off the hog in the first pic.
It hadn't been too long after we stuck that pig we snapped the picture and the temp. was dropping...

Gumswamp and I took a couple customers of mine huntin' Tuesday night, they've been wanting to go with for a while now. They just happen to be doing a job about 30 minutes from one of the places we have permission to hunt. We caught the blonde hog about 5 minutes into the hunt and then a hour or so later the dogs finally got the black hog locked down. Worked out real good, both of them got to stick a nice boar, real easy hogs to get to (no creek crossing ![Wink](http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ) and they seemed to have a real good time... ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100E1267.jpg) ![](http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/n587/SCHogWild/100E1269.jpg)
