Had a gyp last week gutted. Tore up the stomach lining pretty bad. She had about 10ft of gut hanging out when i found her. I put the guts back in and did a field patch on her to get her out of the woods. Got her to the vet the next day and they said it was a good thing i brought her in. The intestines were sticking to the skin because there was no lining there and it would have caused damage and possible infection.

Lauren you was as good of help as anyone could ask for. You stuck with them on the ride home and all  everything that we could have done was done they were just to far gone. I appreciate you sticking with me and helping get them out of the woods. Thanks fellas. Its a tuff pill to swallow but its part of the game we play. Myles i appreciate the help from you and Chance.

Well they say all good things must come to an end. It happened to me tonight. Lost 2 good dogs and a bad one and got another one patched up and will wait and see what will happen. Gumbo ole buddy your gonna be missed bad. I hope you passed some good traits on to the pups you left behind. White Trash ole girl. I havent had you that long but you were a pretty honest little gal. Gonna take a while to recoop from this one. So long ole boy and girl.

That molly dog did a lot better than that pale dog.  I got a few cds of my girls also, the photographer does an awesome job

yeah that pale dog is a cull. You have to stand at the gate with a gun to make sure she dont jump out when they turn a hog loose HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my catch dog and YBM can vouch for him....

This is the first big hog he got tested on. weighed 294 and he was caught solo. there were 4 rough dogs backed up baying when we got there..he took some pretty good cuts and never lost his grip..I've never had him bark at one off the snap...


He's been on plenty since and i'll run in behind him any day of the week..He has a son following in his foot steps pretty good so far....

I had a bout with coccidiosis in my last litter so did Kenny and Elton with their pups. Are you sure some of it wasn't that?

Britt, it was nice meeting you. It looked like there was a good turn out. Sorry i run out a little early but my 3 year old was getting a bit cranky on me lol. Next time you get a chance to come down holler at me or Myles and we'll see if we can scrap a hunt up. Enjoyed it and y'all did a great job on everything.
