I have a 14 month old black and tan curr mix ,, hunts short to medium range will run one a while , has struck 15 or 16 has good woods time bays real good will go honor any bay, has a decent nose ,, he is gunna make a hog dog ,,dont mess with cows and hasnt trashed as far as I know , open on track but not real bad... The morning started off slow but was able to bay this boar, he cut my best gyp and my buddys bull dog real good , so we had to leave him tied while we took a road trip to the vet by time we got.back his feet had swollew to bad so we stuck him witch will make a good skull mount , dogs will be fine after a few weeks of rest

I started over with puppies .. Her and her brother are both good he's just open on track and real gritty but hunts hard to.. They both learned everything they know on there own

I would like to thank cward from the bottom of my heart .. I can never think him enough... When they started talking about track dogs he was the first person I thought of... It was the worst feeling in the world .. I am so glad he is home safe.. It was my birthday weekend , my wife and I went out of town hunting for the weekend and was on our way home when we got the news. He was in his room playing when the baby sitter went to the restroom and when she came back he was gone back door was wide open.. 2 of my wife's dogs 1 of my hunting dogs and puppie was gone to..when he was found all the dogs was with him... When he was returned home he said he was hunting pigs.. I would also like to thank every one else that came out to help .. God was watching over use and I thinked him for that.. So glad my lil boy is home safe ,, god bless
