Chris, I tried to reply on my phone over the weekend. Dang ol' internet in the woods! Sounds like this is gonna be all about eating? How in the world are you going to cook 3 meals a day for this many people?
Fajitas and sausage on the grill Beef Fajita 30# Chicken Fajita 20# Link Sausage 10-20# Tortillas 200 Sour Cream 1-2 big tubs Shredded cheese 3-4 big bags Onions 2 dozen Bell Pepper 1 dozen Limes 2 dozen Cilantro 3-4 bundles....but I like a lot of it Velveeta for queso 6 big bricks Rotels for queso 6 cans Salsa Gallon or two Spanish Rice no clue Refried beans no clue
Saturday morning - Breakfast tacos Tortilla use leftover tortillas Eggs 8 dozen Potato big sack Bacon 15 packs Chorizo ? Sausage ? Shredded cheese use leftover Salsa use leftover Saturday lunch - poor boy sandwiches Bread Deli meat Sliced cheese Mayo Mustard Lettuce Tomato Pickles Chips Dip Salsa
Saturday evening -
Ribeyes 40 Shrimp - boiled 30# (normally I figure 1#/person, but you are having steaks too) Shrimp boil 1 big sack Lemons 6-8 Baked Potato 40 Sour Cream use leftover Shredded cheese use leftover Butter 2 big tubs Bacon bits ? Chives ? Salad Lettuce Tomato Croutons Misc salad dressing Sunday morning - Eggs see above Bacon see above Sausage ? Biscuits 8 cans Gravy Butter see above Jam/ Jelly 3-4 jars Pancakes ? Syrup 1/2 gallon
How much beer, sodas would you bring for 40 people? Tough call...do you know your crew? I would figure at least 20 cases of beer, and 3 cases of coke, sprite, Dr. Pepper. Probably 5-6 cases of water. Drinks can easily be consumed at a later date.

Hey... I think I recognize that patch of grass! I took many a hog out of that area before it sold to the developer, and quite a few from the small 60 acres of private land you encountered well after the neighborhood was in. In fact, I trapped my biggest hog right there on that powerline, hang a right, 2nd pole. We'd hang our gambrels from the powerline poles! There's feral cattle out there too...skinned a few of those on those poles as well. kp

A tight ship doesn't sink!!! Many have tried, and failed, to have a positive board where egos and smack talk aren't the order of the day. You guys are doing a great job attracting and maintaining a membership of quality folks.

I don't know what you shot, or what you fed Krystal's dogs...but the Aoudad that Marty and I shot last spring were DEE-licious!!! We both killed some young ewe's, and I can't describe how good that backstrap was. Congrats!
